RIGHTS TO CANCEL, RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
1.1 Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to 24 hours before being dispatched.
1.2 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may cancel your order for up to fourteen (14) working days, starting on the day of the goods are received. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund/credit note, provided that the goods are returned unopened, unused and in original condition and in their original packaging. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
1.3 If you have opened any boxes to examine the goods this must have been done without damaging the postage packaging in any way, as the packaging is specifically designed for the goods and is deemed to be part of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse all returns which fall outside these requirements.
1.4 For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of goods to us through a courier or Royal Mail on a recorded delivery basis.
1.5 Should you wish to return your order, within the 14 days and with the items unopened, Unused and the goods are not faulty, you will not be entitled to have any postage charge refunded for the items.
1.6 Faulty goods returned to us within 28 days of purchase, will be refunded by way of Business cheque (at the Full discretion of the management) including:
1.6.1 The goods have been confirmed by inspection by That Cosy feeling and its manufacturers, to be faulty, please be aware that this process can take up to 28 days once the item/s have been received.
1.6.2 A refund of the delivery charges for returning the goods.
1.6.3 Any extra cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us. For this we will require a receipt and is at the discretion of That Cosy feeling to refuse any charges deemed unreasonable.
1.6.4 All used/ opened items cannot be replaced or repaired unless they are faulty, please contact us either through the website, telephone, email or in writing, informing us of the fault, please return the item to us immediately and once the fault has been inspected and confirmed, we will contact you within 10 working days of receipt of the item(s) and provide you with a replacement item or a full refund/ credit note, should it be required.
1.6.5 Refunds given after 28 days from the date of purchase, will be given by way of a Credit Note for That cosy feeling LTD, to the value as confirmed by the management. The management reserve the right to offer a discounted value depending on the time spent from the date of the original purchase.
1.7 For reasons of health, safety and hygiene, we are unable to refund or replace any of our goods which are intended to be used in contact with skin, such as all opened bedding items, including but not limited to, opened or removed from their original packaging, stained, covered with human hair or animal hair, smell of perfume or any other odour, different box, or missing or damaged internal packaging. This provision does not affect your statutory rights or apply to goods that are faulty.
1.8 Please take care to read goods care information labels, as we will not give a refund for, or exchange, goods that have been damaged when cleaning, ironing or laundered outside the manufacturers recommendations.
1.9 If you are exchanging goods and the new goods you require, costs less than those you have returned, we will refund to you the difference, this refund will be sent to you by Business Cheque and will take approximately 10 working days to be issued. If exchanging goods, and the new goods you require costs more than those you have returned, you will be required to pay the difference upon processing the revised order and prior to dispatch.
1.10 To cancel a contract, you must inform us in writing by email or post, within the fourteen-day period, of your decision to cancel, and include your order reference. Such cancellation must be either:
1.10.1 In writing to:

1.11 If you cancel your order in accordance with this section, your payment for the order will be refunded in full within 10 working days by business cheque.
1.12 This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
BESPOKE MADE ITEMS
1.1 All bespoke made items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty to be 'Not Fit For Purpose', please contact us either through the website, telephone, email or in writing, informing us of the fault, please return the item to us immediately and once the fault has been inspected and confirmed, we will contact you within 10 working days of receipt of the items and provide you with a replacement item or a refund/Credit Note should it be required.
